Staff
Weefolk staff are educated and trained in the area of Early Childhood Education and are hired based on their knowledge, expertise and experience in Child Development; they provide enriching programs for the children based on their needs.
All educators are trained in First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis procedure and have their police record checks – all this training is updated annually.
The ratios for teachers to children are as follows:
0-12 months: 1 teacher to 3 children
12-18 months: 1 teacher to 3 children
18 months – 2 1⁄2 years: 1 teacher to 5 children
2 1⁄2 years – 5 years: 1 teacher to 8 children
